The Certification Approval Request System (CARS) is a web-based system developed to automate the management of Load allowance, Certificate of travel completed, and Itinerary of travel requests. It allows users to submit requests online, upload the necessary documents, including DTR and travel authority, monitor the status of their requests, and receive notifications through email regarding approval decisions. The system enables authorized approvers to review requests efficiently, approve or comply applications, and maintain organized digital records. By replacing manual processes, CARS improves efficiency, accuracy, transparency, and security while reducing paperwork and processing time.
